Biography:
Mr. Cruz is the Director of the Ateneo Legal Services Center which gives free legal service to the poor and marginalized. He also oversees the Clinical Legal Education program that provides experiential learning to students.
In addition, Mr. Cruz teaches Special Penal Laws, Criminal Law 1, Civil Procedure and Modes of Discovery.
Aside from teaching, Mr. Cruz has a law practice that focuses on fraud prevention, detection, investigation, and resolution in the areas of asset misappropriation, bribery and corruption, money laundering, price fixing, and bid rigging.
