Biography:
Victor Johann Espiritu has lectured on and advised students and faculty on legal issues concerning emerging technology and the Internet.
Aside from advising clients on issues concerning tech law, his practice allows him to regularly advice entrepreneurs and their families on how to protect their wealth, relating to tax strategies, estate planning, family trusts, international market entry, and offshore investment.
Johann is licensed to practice law both in the Philippines and in New York. His area of expertise includes cross-border estate planning, Philippine market entry and drafting family constitutions.
He has over fifteen years international legal and business experience. Johann has previouslyserved as General Counsel to a defense company in Washington, D.C. He concurrently sits as Partner in one of the Philippines largest and most prestigious law firms.
Johann is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, DC and is a member of the Alumni Advisory Board.
