Biography:
Jacinto D. Jimenez obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree (cum laude) from the Ateneo de Manila University in 1964 and his Bachelor of Laws degree (cum laude) from the same university in 1968.
He has been a partner in the law firm of Romulo Mabanta Buenaventura Sayoc and De Los Angeles since 1988.
He has written the book Intellectual Property Laws in the Philippines, which has been published by Kluwer Law International. He wrote the monographs on Philippine laws in the books Intellectual Property Laws of East Asia and Commercial Laws of East Asia, which were published by Sweet and Maxwell, and the monographs on International Insurance and Regualation, and International Execution against Judgment Debtors, which have been published by the Center for International Legal Studies.
