Biography:
Kathyrn Ang-Zarate started her legal practice as an associate with Sycip Salazar Hernandez & Gatmaitan in 1996. She left the firm in 1998 and joined PLDT Inc. as a tax manager and eventually became the assistant vice president for tax planning for the PLDT Group of Companies. She left PLDT in 2017 and is currently a tax consultant for various companies and taking up her Master of Laws at the Ateneo Graduate Legal Studies Institute.
She has been teaching Taxation 1 & 2 in Lyceum of the Philippines University since 2009 and teaches International Taxation at Ateneo School of Law.
