4-N's Immanuel Gabriel Sin is Australian Math Competition High Distinction awardee

Ateneo de Manila High School senior Immanuel Gabriel "Gabe" Sin of 4-N recently received the High Distinction award for his participation in the Australian Math Competition. "High Distinction" means that Gabe scored in the top 2% in the competition, whose contestants are the best secondary school math students from all over the world.

Gabe is one of the AHS "mathletes" who regularly represent the Ateneo de Manila High School in math contests throughout the school year. In February 2012, when he was a sophomore, he ranked 6th among Second Year contestants in the individual category of the Math Teachers Association of the Philippines (MTAP) sectorals.
