I would like to inform you about the following important activities so that you can mark them in your calendars as special dates:

 
A. SCHOOL OPENING DAY FOR GRADE 9: ORIENTATION DAYS: June 4 to 6, 2014 
     Wednesday to Friday (7:45 A.M.)
 
This is a REQUIRED activity for all Grade 9 students. Please ask your sons to be in their respective classrooms by 7:45 a.m. They must be in their school uniform. (N.B. Sections and classroom assignments will be posted by the end of May.)
 
B. SCHOOL OPENING DAY FOR GRADES 10, 11 AND 12: June 9, 2014  (Monday, 7:45 AM)
 
C. PARENTS’ DAY FOR GRADES 10, 11 & 12: June 14, 2014 (Saturday Morning) This session aims to orient parents of upperclassmen students of the school’s various programs and will also give them the opportunity to meet school administrators, class moderators and subject teachers.
 
D. PARENTS’ DAY FOR GRADE 9: June 14, 2014 (Saturday Afternoon) This session aims to orient parents of freshmen students of the school’s history, mission & vision and various academic and co-curricular programs. This will also be an opportunity for freshmen parents to meet the teachers and administrators responsible for the students’ formation in school.
 

E. MASS OF THE HOLY SPIRIT: June 17, 2014 (Tuesday)
