Eaglets are in PCABL semis with an 8-0 record!

Ateneo won over DPS again in the PCABL game held on Sept. 21, 2014.
In the morning of Sunday, September 21, Ateneo de Manila High School’s Blue Eaglets won the quarter final game of the ongoing Pilipinas Chinese Amateur Basketball League (PCABL). They played against Diliman Preparatory School (DPS) in the game held at Enderun Colleges, with a final score of 120-82. As a result of the win, the Eaglets are in the PCABL semis with an immaculate win-loss record of 8-0.

Among the schools they defeated en route to the semis were DPS, Hope Christian Academy (by default), Adamson University, UPIS, Perpetual Academy, and Chiang Kai Shek.

This school year’s Blue Eaglets are Bryan Andrade  (11-D), Sam Josef Belangel (9-E), Zach Bernardo (11-J), Gabriel Cruz (10-D), Justin Eustaquio (11-M), Carlos Gatmaytan (10-H), Jossier Hassan (11-J), Shaun Ildefonso (11-D), Antonio Lorenzo Joson (11-H), Gian Mamuyac (11-G), Jolo Mendoza (11-L), Japheth Moreno (12-G), Matthew Nieto (12-F), Michael Nieto (12-E), Miguel Ramos (12-L), Alfonso Rosales (11-M), Marc Salandanan (12-I), Sandro Soriano (11-N), and Dale Termoso (11-H).
The team’s head coach is Joe Silva while its assistant coaches are Reynaldo Jacinto Jr., Aris Manalo, Reggie Varilla, Bacon Austria, Paul Ramos, Richard Alvarez, Jeo Consunji, Marco Benitez, and Al Viray.
