Fernandez and Pineda sweep matches at AAPS QC District 3 badminton tournament!

Two members of the Ateneo de Manila High School badminton team- Andrei Pineda (11-H) and Tomas Fernandez (11-B)- won all their matches via sweep at last Saturday’s Athletic Association of Private Schools (AAPS) Quezon City District 3 Badminton meet. They won over opponents from Stella Maris, Diliman Preparatory School, and Claret. Tomas and Andrei will move on to the unit meet for the right to represent Quezon City in the NCR Team at Palarong Pambansa 2015! Playing above is video of a few of their winning moments. The AAPS Quezon City District III badminton tournament was held at the Moro Lorenzo gym from 9am to 11:30am.
