Paolo Divino is overall champion of Quezon City Archery Meet!

Ateneo de Manila High School junior Paolo Divino of 11-H emerged as the overall champion of the recurve archery event of the Quezon City District Meet. A qualifier for Palarong Pambansa 2016, the competition was held on November 6 & 7, 2015 at the Belarmino Elementary School.  Paolo won a total of five gold medals and one silver medal in the competition. The gold medals were for the 60 meters, 50m, 40m, Olympic Round, and for being overall winner. The silver medal was for the 30 meters. Thanks to his performance at the meet, Paolo will advance to the NCR meet as a member of the QC Archery Team and vie for a slot in the NCR Archery Team for Palarong Pambansa 2016.  

At the 2014 Quezon City District Meet, Paolo was first runnerup overall, having won four silver medals and two bronze medals.
