In partnership with the Ateneo Institute of Sustainability, this one-day workshop will provide participants an opportunity to reflect on the role of organizational culture in sustainability and, in the process,  also reflect on their personal contribution to social responsibility and stewardship.

Using the CREATE framework of Ateneo CORD, the module will highlight specific ways in which Human Resource practitioners can develop an organizational culture that promotes sustainability.
