On Wednesday, February 6, we will confer the Annual Activity Awards to members of organizations who, by their school involvement during the year, are recognized as excellent role models. Please be guided by the schedule below.

 
  7:45 – 7:50    Moderator’s Inspection Period       

  7:50 – 8:00    Flag Ceremony and Reflection Session       

  8:05 - 8:45    1st Period       

  8:50 - 9:30    2nd Period       

9:30 - 10:00    Recess       

10:00 - 10:40    3rd Period       

10:45 - 11:25    4th Period
                            Lunch for 4 – EFGH 
      
11:30 - 12:15    Lunch for 2nd and 4th Year Levels
                            5th Period for 1st and 3rd Year Levels
       
12:20 - 1:05      5th Period for 2nd Year and 4th Year Levels
                            Lunch for 1st and 3rd Year Levels        

1:10 - 1:50     6th Period       

1:50 - 2:05    Students proceed to the Covered Courts       

2:05 - 3:05     Recognition Day 1:  Annual Activity Awards       

3:10                Dismissal for Non – Org Members       

3:10 - 3:55     Org Period       
4:00    Dismissal for Org Members    

Kindly take note of the following:

Ø    Each period will have 40 minutes except for the 5th and Lunch periods
Ø    Dismissal for Non – Org Members is at 3:10 p.m.
Ø    Dismissal for Org Members is at 4:00 p.m.
