Ateneans placed 2nd in marketing tilt

A team of Ateneans placed 1st runner up in the recently concluded Markit 360, a collegiate level marketing competition organized by UP Junior Marketing Association in partnership with BAYO clothing brand. The group was composed of BS Communications Technology Management sophomores Joc Bulan, Bernice Castro, Joshua Dy, Alarie Estrella and Martina Serrano.
The competition was a 3-part event aimed at challenging participants at every angle.  The first part involved a case study that required the groups to make a short video explaining their pitch. The next part was deemed a ‘lightning round’ wherein semi-finalists were given 2-3 hours to work on a specific case.  During the final round, the top 5 groups were tasked to present their full-fledged integrated marketing communications plans to Bayo’s CEO and other marketing experts.

The group won Php 50,000.00.
