Biography: 

Smile believes in the inevitable intersection of Design and positive social change. She recently finished her MA in Social Design from the Maryland Institute College of Art in 2017 where she focused her work in using the Human-Centered Design Process in understanding police-community relations in Baltimore City. Prior to that, she was part of the Creatives team of former President Benigno S. Aquino III's Strategic Communication Office. She is the current Program Coordinator of the Information Design Program.

 

In her spare time, she enjoys turning canned goods into gourmet dishes in her quarantine-inspired #DeAltangDelata cooking series.
