Shifting Procedure
Step 1: Submit pertinent documents.
1. A Letter of Intent addressed to the IS Department Chair. The letter must include
- the reasons for wanting to shift to Interdisciplinary Studies or Humanities,
- the tracks the student wishes to pursue,
- the student’s contact details, and
- an endorsement from the student’s home department/program chair/director.
2. A copy of grades, printed from the home department or AISIS.
Step 2: Come for an interview with the IS Department Chair for approval of the application to shift.
Step 3: Complete the Load Revision Form.
Step 4: Consult the IS Department Academic Adviser.
*Announcements regarding shifting (schedule, deadlines, etc.) will be posted at the IS department.
