Huazhong Normal University

Huazhong University (Central China Normal University) is a normal university located in the bustling city of Wuhan.  Huazhong University houses the College of International Cultural Exchange (CICE) which caters especially to overseas students who are interested in learning Chinese language and culture.  Apart from this, the university also has a fine arts education program. Participants are expected to know basic Mandarin Chinese.
