University of Calabria

The University of Calabria is located in Arcavacata di Rende, a suburb of Cosenza, in Italy. It has programs in Communication, Philosophy and History, Arts and Cultural Heritage, Modern Languages and Cultures, the Language of Performing Arts, Cinema and Media, Modern Languages and Literatures, the History of Art, Philosophical Sciences, Communication Theory, and Political Science. Most classes are taught in Italian, but some classes have English textbooks and allow students to take exams in English.  Exchange students will be given intensive Italian instruction.
