Ateneo team wins in ACM International Collegiate Programming Competition 2017 Asia-Manila Regional Programming Contest
The Department of Information Systems and Computer Science is proud to announce that Team Re:Programmers won third place in the recently-concluded ACM International Collegiate Programming Competition 2017 Asia-Manila Regional Programming Contest held at the Ateneo de Manila University on December 13-14, 2017! 35 teams from 21 different schools from the Philippines, China, Indonesia, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, and Vietnam attempted to solve 13 problems in 5 hours. Teams standings are determined first by number of problems solved followed by total time. In the end, Team Pandamiao from the National University of Singapore placed first with 9 out of 13 problems solved. Team CPCU 4197 from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand came in second with 6 out of 13 problems solved. Ateneo de Manila's Team Re:Programmers also scored 6 points but in more time.
