PRSP's 2018 Students' PR Congress & Grand Prix

October 31, 2018

Dear friends and colleagues,

For over a decade, the Public Relations Society of the Philippines (PRSP) has been organizing the annual Students' PR Congress & Grand Prix for students in the fields of communication, public relations, advertising, marketing, production and media. The event gives students a look at current industry practices, trends, issues and concerns, and provides a venue for them to align what they have learned in the classroom with the actual working environment.  The Grand Prix, an inter-school competition, allows students to apply these learnings in designing an actual communication plan and in producing a digital video for use as a PR tool.

We invite you to come join us as delegates to this year's 2-day event. With the theme, Equality Amidst Diversity: Today's PR Paradox, we focus on how the youth can effectively use PR to empower the public, particularly members of Generation Z, in helping to create a bias-free environment for their peers and to celebrate diversity while encouraging all to express their individuality without fear of harassment. Delegates also get to root for teams participating in the PR Plan and Digital Video competitions.

The Students' PR Congress and Grand Prix is happening on November 23 and 24 at the Augusto-Rosario Gonzales Theater of De La Salle - College of St. Benilde along Taft Avenue. Do help us spread the word. Tickets are at a student-friendly price of P50 only. To reserve your seats, email studentsprcongress@prsp.ph. And for more details, follow us on Facebook through @studentsprcongress.

Sincerely,
