Bernabe, Tito O.

Tito Bernabe studied Pol. Sc. at UP Diliman and worked as a research assistant/project coordinator while studying for his MA. While in UP, he was tasked with the completion and publication of the volume on The Philippines and The United States: The Forging of New Relations (UP Press). He also lectured on the subject of Philippine Foreign Policy as an instrument of national development and worked as Project Officer at the Development Academy of the Philippines under the Career Foreign Service Development Program which later became the Foreign Service Institute. He resumed his post-graduate studies at the University of London where he gained his MSc in Economics, LLB (Hons) and LLM in Commercial and Corporate Law. While in London he worked in the computer industry for many years and then as legal adviser and consultant in several law firms. His current pursuits and interests include the following: European Competition Policy and Law, Law and Politics of International Organizations, Industrial Economics and the Regulation of Financial Services. Recently, he taught European Economic Integration under the joint International Management Program of the Ateneo Graduate School of Business and Ecole Superiere des Sciences Commerciales of Angiers, France in Rockwell, Makati.
