Biography: 

Kritzman Gargantiel Caballero is a lecturer at the European Studies Program. He is also working at the Office of the President of the Philippines, Presidential Commission on Visiting Forces (PCVF) where he handles policy and research work relating to military, defense, and international security relations of the Philippines with the United States. Furthermore, he is also a Professorial Lecturer for both graduate and undergraduate courses at the Helena Z. Benitez School of International Relations and Diplomacy, Philippine Women’s University. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Humanities (Liberal Arts Program) and Master of Arts in Political Economy with Specialization in International Relations and Development degrees from the University of Asia and the Pacific.
