Cabiles, Neil Adrian S. Ph.D.
Neil Cabiles currently serves as Attaché at the Department of Finacne. As Lecturer at the Economics Department of the Ateneo de Manila University, his field of specialization is on Financial Economics, of which he has published a couple of articles in international journals. Neil's teaching portfolio and research interests include International Finance, International Trade, Macroeconomics and Monetary Economics. Neil is also an Associate Fellow of the World Business Institute, an organization devoted to economic and business research based in Australia.
