Peace Agreement with the MNLF marked with a forum
Former President Fidel V. Ramos will be joined by Atty. Armi Beatriz Bayot of the GPH Negotiating Panel to the MNLF, and Governor Mujiv Hataman of the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM) in a forum entitled "KamalAEAn 2913: Bangsamoro and the Economics of Peace" this Friday, September 6 at the Ateneo de Manila University.
The forum, to be held at the Leong Hall Auditorium, is being presented by the Ateneo Economics Association (AEA) in coordination with the Office of the Dean of School of Social Sciences, the Department of Economics, and the Gaston Z. Ortigas Peace Institute.
The said event will mark the 17th anniversary of the peace agreement between the government and the Moro National Liberation Front (signed September 2, 1996).
