Ateneo PoS Alumna joins University of Toronto Faculty of Law

Ateneo political science and law alumna, Dr. Anna Su (AB PoS '01 and JD '05) is joining the prestigious University of Toronto (U of T) Faculty of Law as a legal academic scholar starting July 2014 (Please check the link for the U of T Faculty of Law announcement). Dr. Su specializes in international human rights, constitutional law and comparative law. She received her Ll.M and S.J.D. from Harvard Law School.

At Harvard, she had handled academic courses as Teaching Fellow and had done research and consultancy work with the Office of the Presidential Adviser for the Peace Process of the Philippines, Ateneo School of Government, and Legal Center for Freedom of Movement at Tel Aviv, Israel. 

While doing her legal studies in the Philippines, she received the St. Thomas More Most Distinguished Graduate Award, Second Honors medal and the Sasaka Young Leaders Fellowship Award for Academic Achievement and Student Leadership. She was also part of the the Editorial Board of the Ateneo Law Journal and the Ateneo Law School Government. Before going to Harvard, she was a Law Clerk to then Chief Justice of the Philippines, Hon. Artemio Panganiban.
