SUBJECT   :        Course and Faculty Evaluations for Quarter 1 Courses, First Semester, SY 2020-2021

We wish to remind all students that Course and Faculty Evaluations for Quarter 1 courses this First Semester, SY 2020-2021 may be accomplished from 19-24 October 2020 by logging on to (click on: Course and Faculty Evaluations).
Please be reminded that:

  1. The evaluation process is one means by which students can reflect on their own learning experience while providing feedback on the courses they are taking and the faculty members who handle these courses.
  2. Faculty members use the feedback to determine both what they are doing well and how they can improve course content, teaching methodology, course requirements and assessments.
  3. The data from student evaluations is also used by department chairs/program directors and peer evaluators to review faculty members for permanency, reappointment, and promotion.
  4. The feedback will also be helpful in evaluating the Quarter structure that has been adopted for online learning.
  5. Students are expected to use appropriate language in providing constructive comments, i.e., comments to improve the teaching and learning experience.
  6. Student responses are anonymous. Faculty members only receive a consolidated report of the evaluations. The consolidated results of the required end-of-term evaluations are made available after the electronic release of final grades.

Comments and suggestions about the student evaluation process may be sent to (for undergraduate classes) and (for graduate classes).

Thank you very much.
