Re:      Bluebook 2017 Distribution

Below are the distribution dates and procedures for the release of the ASHS Bluebook 2017:
 
1.    The ASHS Bluebook 2017 shall be released on Monday, 19 June 2017, at the ASHS Lobby, from 1-5pm.
2.    Starting June 20, the bluebook can be claimed at the Office of Student Activies, ASHS Room 205, from 1-5pm, Mondays to Fridays. Please look for Ms. Joan Valdez.
3.    Only students and their parents are allowed to claim the bluebook. Representatives need to present a written consent duly signed by the student or his parents in order to claim the bluebook.
4.    Each student is expected to receive one (1) copy of the bluebook upon signing. He shall receive the bluebook with its case and nothing else.
