Castro & Ordoñez are champs, Overall Best Speakers of SEC Debate

Ateneo de Manila Senior High School debaters Jaime Castro (12-Kibe) & Gab Ordoñez (12-Holland) emerged as champions of the SEC Schools Debating Championship, which was held on August 29-30, 2020 via Google Meet. They went undefeated in the preliminary rounds against various high school debate teams from across Asia and proceeded to the finals as the top breaking team. In addition, both Castro and Ordoñez were awarded Overall Best Speaker with matching speaker points, with Castro also being awarded Finals Best Speaker of the tournament.
