Grade 11 student Alpheus Llantero wins 3rd Prize in Palanca essay writing competition

Ateneo de Manila Senior High School student Alpheus Matthew Llantero of 11-De Brito was recently adjudged the 3rd Prize winner of the prestigious 2016 Carlos Palanca Memorial Awards for Literature, English Kabataan Essay category. Alpheus’ prize-winning essay was about how social media affects the identity of the youth, and he will receive his prize at the Carlos Palanca Awards Ceremony on September 2, 2016.

Alpheus is a transferee to the ASHS, having spent his junior high school years at O.B. Montessori Professional High School in Greenhills.
