Revised Deadlines and Updated Instructions for Applicants for Grade 11 2022-2023

Do you wish to be part of Ateneo de Manila Senior High School’s Grade 11 2022-2023 batch? The application process begins with creating an account in our online admission system. Here are the deadlines you have to meet:
DECEMBER 14, 2021 (5:00 pm): Deadline for creating an application account and generating a payment reference number. After this deadline, the admission system will be closed and you will no longer be able to create an account. Likewise, you will no longer be able to generate a payment reference number (even if you already have an account), and thus, will not be able to proceed to the next steps of application. Creating an account and generating a payment reference number take only 10-15 minutes, so take these two steps now! JANUARY 14, 2022: Deadline for completing all steps in the application process: Payment > Draft > Review > (Return-to-Applicant) > Recommendation > Processing. Although each step is short, the entire process cannot be completed in a single day because there is processing time in between steps. At the minimum, five working days are needed to complete the process, so get your application moving long before the deadline.
For those who have already begun the process, please note the following:
FOR PAYMENT Stage: Note that payments take 3-5 working days to process (excluding weekends and holidays). Payments made on or before December 13 may still be processed before the Christmas break. Payments not traced before December 13 (because payment instructions were not followed), and payments made after December 13 will be processed after the Christmas break. Ateneo offices will be closed from December 18, 2021 to January 2, 2022.
DRAFT Stage: Please fill up your application form and click the SUBMIT button at the end. (No need to wait for your recommenders to send their recommendations. The copy of your Grade 10 grade report may also be uploaded later, if this is not yet available.)
FOR REVIEW Stage: Pls wait for the ASHS checkers to review the completeness of your application form. Note that applications will not be reviewed during the Christmas break, or only very limited application review will take place. Application review will resume on January 3, 2022.
RETURN TO APPLICANT Stage: Kindly check the comments of the ASHS checkers in the message panel and make the necessary changes in your application form. After you do so, please re-submit your form. Only you can move your application forward when it is in this stage.
FOR RECOMMENDATION Stage: At this point, if your recommenders have not yet submitted their recommendations, please follow these up. The system will send a request for recommendation to the email addresses of your recommenders. Check if the email addresses that you entered are correct. Check if your recommenders received the request in their email account or Spam mail. Advise your recommenders to use a computer (not a phone) with Google Chrome as the browser when they access and answer the recommendation form. (Problems occur when recommenders use a different device or browser.) You can only check the status of your recommendations, but you will not be able to view the recommendation forms filled up by your teachers, counselors or school administrators.
FOR PROCESSING Stage: Two things are required of you at this stage:
(1) Please click on the nearest available batch processing schedule. This is a necessary step in the process flow of the admission system. If you have not clicked on a processing schedule yet, please do so. You will not have to do anything on the processing date. There will be no exam.
(2) If you have not yet uploaded your Gr 10 first GP grade report, please do so once this is available. Log into your Ateneo application account. On the left panel, click "Follow Up Requirements" and upload your Gr 10 grades. If your school has a non-numerical grading system, please upload the numerical equivalents or the explanation of the numerical equivalent ranges for each letter/descriptive mark in the same file as your Gr 10 grade report.
After these two steps, the application process is COMPLETE. There is nothing more that the applicant needs to do. Applicants need not worry about the movement of their form beyond the processing stage. From this point onward, the movement of applications to the next stages is controlled by the ASHS-OAS. Movement to the “For Deliberation” and “For Releasing of Result” stages will only take place in April 2022 shortly before the release of the admission decisions.
ADMISSION DECISIONS will be released at the end of April 2022. The exact date of release will be announced later. Each applicant will only be able to view the decision on his/her application through his/her application account.
CHRISTMAS BREAK: Please note that offices in Ateneo will be closed from December 18 to January 2.
During this time –
There will be no processing of payments.
There will be very limited review of applications.
We kindly request our applicants to put on hold their application inquiries and concerns during this period, and to send these concerns via email or call our mobile numbers after the break. We will resume responding to your inquiries and concerns via mobile phone and email on January 3, 2022.
