ASHS girls grab gold in QC track & field meet

Three Ateneo Senior High School girls- Mafi de Asis, Hilary Dee, and Patee Reyes- had medal finishes in the Quezon City track & field meet held last December 18, 2018 at the PhilSports Complex in Pasig City. Hillary Dee (STEM/12-Ogilvie) won two gold medals: one for the shotput and another for the discus. Patee Reyes (STEM/12-Pro) grabbed gold in the javelin while Mafi de Asis (HUMSS/12-Miki) scored a silver in the high jump. Thanks to their sterling peformances at the QC meet, all three girls will advance to the NCR meet next month and vie for slots on the NCR track & field team that will compete in Palarong Pambansa this April in Davao City.
