Ateneo track and field athletes were part of the Athletic Association of Private Schools (AAPS) contingent, which competed in the meet as the special City District VII. The contingent was formed after the AAPS unit meet held at Ateneo de Manila's Moro Lorenzo oval last September 15, 2019. Ateneo won overall for the Secondary Boys category while Starland International won for the Secondary Girls category.
