Consisting of Ateneo Senior High School and Ateneo Junior High School students, Team Ateneo 1 emerged as the champion of the 2017 Interschool Golf Championship. In addition, Aidric Chan was also crowned the tournament’s top scorer. The title win was especially sweet for Ateneo because their victory foiled De La Salle Zobel's bid for a three-peat. IN the 2015 and 2016 editions of the tournament, Ateneo placed second both times behind champion DLSZ. The Ateneo golfers beat over 70 participants coming from schools such as De La Salle Zobel, La Salle Greenhills, Xavier, International School of Manila, and British School of Manila in the tournament, which was concluded last November 18, 2017 at Southlinks Golf Club in Las Piñas City. Top scorer Aidric Chan
