Medal finishes for Suplico, Cortez and Jimenez at fencing tourney

Ateneo Senior High School students Mico Suplico (11-San Vitores), Larco Cortez (11-De Brito), and Ram Jimenez (11-Escribano) each took home a medal at Republic Fencing’s Quarter 3 Young Musketeers tournament that was held over two weekends in September 2019. In the U18 boys’ saber event held last Sept. 14 & 15, Suplico won gold while Cortez won silver. In the Epic Sabre event held last September 21, Jimenez bagged bronze. The tournament was held in the Republic Fencing and Sports Club in Greenhills.
