Non-Disclosure Agreement (University Personnel)
Instructions: All University personnel (e.g., employees, faculty, consultants, agents, etc.) are required to accomplish an NDA in order to ensure the confidentiality and security of any or all information they may gain access to in the course of their work for or in the University. An original copy shall be forwarded to the Office of Human Resource Management and Organization Development (OHRMOD) and shall form part of an individual’s records.
