BANZON-LIBROJO, Lorelei Ann M.
Lia Banzon-Librojo’s interests focus on family law, juvenile justice, and the promotion of children’s rights and development. She is a faculty member of the Department of Psychology of the Ateneo de Manila University. She teaches Advanced Developmental Psychology, Adolescent Development, Cognitive Development, and Research in Psychology. Prior to joining the academe, she worked at the Child Rights Center of the Commission on Human Rights. She is a partner at Librojo and Associates Law Offices and is the president and founder of Lingap Adhikain Foundation Inc., a non-profit organization that aims to support the education of underprivileged youth.
Lia obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila School of Law in 2000 and passed the bar exams given that same year. She holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology, with concentration in Developmental Psychology.
