This program is spearheaded by the Loyola Schools Office of Health Services under the LS Student and Administrative Services Cluster (SASC). This is in collaboration with the Occupational Safety and Health Committee, Office of the University Physician, OADSAS-Campus Events and Management and Ateneo Food Safety and Nutrition Advisory Council (AFSNAC), a committee formed under the Office of the Associate Dean for Student and Administrative Services (OADSAS). AFSNAC committee members include other offices and student organizations namely: Office for Food Safety and Quality Assurance (OFSQA), Office of Human Resource Management and Organization Development (OHRMOD), OVPLS - Human Resource Services(HRS), Ateneo Institute of Sustainability (AIS), Office of Student Activities (OSA), the Pre-Medical Society of Ateneo (PMSA), Health Sciences Society (HSS), Council of Organizations of the Ateneo (COA), Council of Organizations of the Ateneo Health and Environment Cluster (COA HEC), Ateneo Resident Students Association (ARSA),Fitness Improvement Team (FIT), and the Sanggunian ng mga Mag aaral ng Paaralang Loyola ng Ateneo de Manila (SANGGU).
