Assistant to the Headmaster for Human Resources
The Assistant to the Headmaster for Human Resources acts as liaison between the school and the Office of Human Resource Management and Organization Development Office (OHRMOD). S/He is appointed by the President of the University upon the recommendation of the Headmaster. S/He assists the Headmaster in the following specific areas of school operations pertaining to faculty and staff:
a. Recruitment and Hiring
b. Training and Development
c. Carreer Path and Succession Planning
d. Performance Management and Rewards
e. Attendance Monitoring and Timekeeping
f. Compensation and Benefits Administration
g. Employee Relations and Well-Being
h. Human Resource Records Management
i. School Visitors Program
