Guidance Personnel
The guidance counselor, guidance associate, psychometrician, and librarian are personnel in the School Service Offices on faculty status. They are primarily engaged in the planning, implementation and evaluation of the programs of their service offices.
The guidance counselor, guidance associate and librarian are based in the grade level where they teach. They attend grade level meetings and participate in grade level activities provided that the schedules of these activities are not in conflict with those of their main duties as guidance counselor or librarian.
As faculty members, the guidance counselor, , guidance associate, psychometrician, and the librarian are expected to involve themselves in the academic and social life of the school community. Hence, they participate in committees and attend official school functions. They are under the supervision of their respective Service Coordinators and Grade Level Coordinators.
