WELCOME TO INTERNAL AUDIT
Thank you for visiting the Internal Audit website. Our website is designed to be a resource for the faculty, staff and administrators of the Ateneo de Manila University. It provides information aimed at assisting you in understanding the internal audit function, the audit processes and the ways in which the Internal Audit and Financial Risk Management Office (IAFRMO) serves the University.
WHO WE ARE
The IAFRMO is responsible for the effective execution of the internal audit function. It is headed by a Director who acts as the “Chief Audit Executive”. IAFRMO is accountable to the Audit Committee of the Board of Trustees, through its Chairman, and reports administratively to the University President.
WHAT IS INTERNAL AUDITING
The IIA was established in 1941 and is the internal audit profession's most widely recognized advocate, educator and provider of standards, guidance and certifications.
