Zamboanga Groundwater Management Project underway to help society.

Four monitoring wells will be established in Calarian, the Sanitary Landfill, Putik, and Tugbungan. The Ateneo de Manila University, through the Environmental Science Department will participate to monitor the volume as well as the quantity of the groundwater of the area through these four monitoring stations.

Major parties for the project are the Zamboanga City Local Government, the National Water Resources Board, and the Department of Science and Technology – Philippine Council for Industry, Energy, and Emerging Technology Research and Development (DOST – PCIEERD).
