IRIACC – CcaR is a 5-year program involving in-depth studies of coastal megacities in Canada, Thailand, Nigeria and the Philippines. This project will link vulnerability-adaptation-risk management with knowledge generation and sharing based on capacities, leading to actions based on deliberation and analysis.
