Congratulations to ADMU ProgVar

The Department of Information Systems and Computer Science congratulates the ADMU Programming Varsity's Team KFC, composed of Kyle Patrick Dulay (3 BS CS), Franz Louis Cesista (3 BS MA), and Gerard Francis Ortega (4 BS MA), for placing 12th out of 62 teams and 4th out of 19 universities, and winning a bronze medal at the 2020 ICPC Asia Jakarta (Online) Regional Contest, held on 20 December 2020.
 
We thank Kyle, Franz, Cisco, and Coach Vernon Gutierrez for their time, talent, and energy. 

We thank ProgVar's team managers, Dr. Ma. Mercedes Rodrigo and Ms. Jessica Sugay, for continuing to find ways for teams to train and compete.

We thank the Ateneo Residence Halls and Mr. Rene San Andres for accommodating the team, providing a safe bubble for them to prepare and compete.

We thank the team's parents and families, the alumni, the faculty and the staff of DISCS, SOSE, and of the Loyola Schools for the many many ways they support ProgVar.
