Ateneo Economics Association

The Ateneo Economics Association works its way into being the premiere economics organization of the Ateneo and at the same time being the home organization of Economics majors. AEA aims to be a student group that forms its members into leaders and agents of economic welfare. Our goal is to promote economic literacy throughout the entire community with events such as the Youth Economics Summit and KamalAEAn. We also uphold the goals of the Analysis and Discourse Cluster through projects such as CoSciS and our online publication, Oikonomos where articles full of economic insights from student writers and Economics professors can be read. As we fulfill our goals, we also cater to the needs of our members not only through academics but also through the friendships you will sure gain because of the diversity of the interests of its members.

 

Economics is one of the most diverse areas of studies. May you be from SOH, SOM, SOSE or SOSS, you are sure to find something interesting in Economics through AEA and the family you get to find while being part of it.
