Ateneo Management Economics Organization

The Ateneo Management Economics Organization (MEcO) is a non-stock, non-profit student organization of the Ateneo de Manila University. With its core competencies of financial literacy and impact investing, MEcO aims to promote the practice of making strategic and responsible financial and economic investments to contribute to the growth of its members as competent professionals and compassionate leaders geared towards the economic improvement of Philippine society.

 

MEcO seeks to integrate strategic and responsible financial and economic investments as it envisions a community of socially oriented student-investors with a commitment to improve the lives of the people in society. Given its multidimensional investment-oriented projects, MEcO considers itself as a niche-performing organization with a competitive advantage.

 

Ultimately, we advance the students’ holistic and well-rounded personal growth as we form student-investors who are agents of social change. At the end of the day, this is what we make of ourselves: student-investors for others.
