Supporting Your Learning
Physically or virtually, Ateneo is ready to support the learning needs of students with modern facilities and top-notch infrastructure.
You have access to state-of-the-art laboratories, workshops, performance and exhibition spaces, and studios, fully equipped with professional-standard equipment and supported by knowledgeable staff.
Online, AteneoBlueCloud serves as our virtual campus, bringing together learners and educators on a single platform for learning and exchange of ideas.
AteneoBlueCloud
AteneoBlueCloud is not only our virtual campus, but also the vibrant online community of learners and educators that we are building. It is distinguished by the essential markers of Jesuit education, which is designed to transform the whole person into someone imbued with the spirit of magis and cura personalis. This means continuing to educate a person who can think critically, collaboratively, and creatively, and, at the same time, serve and lead with competence and character.
Rizal Library
Rizal Library, the university’s largest library, is a valuable resource both online and offline.
The Rizal Library is the largest library in Ateneo, and primarily serves the LS community. The new main building houses most of its collections; the old, historic RL building houses many of its special collections and exhibits.
The library boasts robust physical and digital collections, and gives students and faculty access to dozens of online databases and collections which can be accessed anytime, anywhere. It houses more than 400,000 volumes in its collections, and is supplemented by more than 30 online databases and digital resources available to students, faculty and staff 24/7.
Laboratories + Lecture, Performance, and Exhibition Spaces
The Loyola Schools boasts of top-notch classrooms, lecture halls, auditoriums, performance spaces, laboratories, internet and computing facilities, study halls, exhibit and events spaces, and common areas. Students also have access to many other facilities within campus, such as Arete; the Institute for Social Order (ISO) complex; the Henry Lee Irwin Theater; and the Manila Observatory complex, among others.
